Please read the following guidelines before proceeding to the booking form.

When & Where

Dates: Monday 3rd August to Thursday 6th August 2026
Location: Condovers Campsite
Reception Opens: 09:30 am
Activities: 10:00 am – 03:00 pm
Closing Ceremony: 03:30 pm finish

PLEASE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR GROUP TO ATTEND.
Playscheme is a free district event. Our volunteers work hard to ensure it remains free for all members; please support us by ensuring your group is not charged.

General Information

This event is open to all ages within Scouting and Guiding. We encourage all youngsters to bring a friend to help promote our movements. You are welcome to attend on any or all days.

Health Forms: Each leader is responsible for their group's health forms, medication, and first aid. Note: Scouts can attend without leaders, but must bring a completed health & consent form to hand in at reception upon arrival.

What to Bring

Ensure everyone (including adults) comes prepared with:

Suitable clothing for the weather (warm clothing / rain coats / sun cream / hats as appropriate)
Neckerchiefs (Must be worn by all on site).
Packed lunch and a refillable water bottle.
You are welcome to bring an event shelter for your group base.

Car Park & Traffic

To ease congestion at drop-off and pick-up times, please approach Condovers from Low Street / East Tilbury and leave towards West Tilbury Village.
